Do you work as a subcontractor to builders and roofers?+
Yes, most of our work is for builders, roofers, solar installers and other trades who need safe access to get their job done. We work to your programme and deal with you directly.
What paperwork do you provide?+
RAMS and method statements before we start, a handover certificate when the scaffold is up, and statutory seven-day inspections for as long as it stands. Insurance certificates are available on request.
Can you alter the scaffold as the job progresses?+
Yes. We move lifts, add bays and loading bays, and strike sections as trades finish, so you are not paying for scaffold you no longer need.
Do you sort pavement licences?+
We handle highway and pavement licence applications with the local council and tell you the lead time early so it does not hold up your start date.
Where do you cover?+
Surrey and South London, including Epsom, Ewell, Sutton, Kingston, Wimbledon, Esher, Leatherhead, Putney and the surrounding towns.
